6. What happens to people who never heard about God,
then die and possibly served other gods.
There is only one way of salvation. Jesus’ sacrifice for our salvation is the only way to be saved. We must preach the one way, for unless we show them how to be saved.
Christian salvation is the process of the living Savior at work any who choose to believe in His redemption from sin’s punishment.
"Salvation" is being "made safe" from sin’s punishment, via the grace of God’s enabling through the ONE way of Salvation, i.e. Jesus.
When our Savior, Jesus Christ, is enacting His life and victory over sin, into the Christian, we are "made safe" from the punishment of hell fire, that we would have had to face for our sins, for all of us are guilty of sin.
Salvation "in Christ" is universally available to all, but is not universally imposed upon all. Universally available, but not all accept its simple plan.
The devils have offered many lame and useless substitute religions that offer salvation by some other means that Jesus
Christ must be accepted as Savior and individually received by faith.
Jesus clearly indicated, "Whoever believes in the Son shall have eternal life" (John 3:16,36).
To the Ephesians, Paul explained, "For by grace you have been saved through faith" (Eph. 2:8).
Believing faith is not merely assent to the historical facts, but is a personal reception of the atonement work of Jesus Himself. Faith is our reception of His activity.
Man tries to create many ways to God, but God has Himself made ONE Way, and we are to accept that ONE.
