WHAT POLITICAL AND NATIONAL EVENTS
ARE BEING OR SOON TO BE FULFILLED
IS the RAPTURE of the CHURCH
and the SECOND COMING of Jesus
THE BIBLE PREDICTS GREAT, FAR GREATER EARTHQUAKES IN NUMBER AND IN INTENSITY.
"Surely in that day, there shall be a great shaking in the land of Israel."
"...the Mt. of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof.'
"...earthquakes in divers' places."
"great earthquakes shall be in divers' places."
Rev. 11:13, 19, 6:12-14, 16:18-20
CENTURY MAJOR EARTHQUAKES
20th Over 3000
21st Ever increasing in number and strength
THE BIBLE PREDICTS FAMINES.
"And great earthquakes shall be in divers' places,
famines, and pestilences."
"...A measure of wheat for a penny (a day’s wage)."
"...famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in divers' places."
"And there shall be famines and troubles,
these are the beginnings of sorrows."
THE BIBLE PREDICTS ASTRONOMICAL SIGNS.
"The heavens declare the glory of God
and the firmament showeth His handiwork.
"And great signs shall there be from heaven."
"...the sun shall be darkened,
and the moon shall not give her light,
and the stars shall fall from heaven,
and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken."
"...I will show wonders in the heaven above."
"the moon became as blood,...
the stars of heaven fell...
the heaven departed as a scroll."
"Therefore I will shake the heavens,
and the earth shall remove out of her place,
in the wrath of the Lord of Hosts,
and in the day of His fierce wrath."
" I will show wonders in the heavens,
and in the earth, blood, fire, and pillars of smoke.
The sun shall be turned into darkness and the moon into blood,
before the great and terrible day of the Lord come."
"...All the bright lights of heaven will I make dark over thee."
II Pet. 3:10
"But the day of the Lord shall come as a thief in the night,
in which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise,
and the elements shall melt with fervent heat,
and the earth also, and the works therein shall be burned up."
"Let now the astrologers, the stargazers,
the monthly prognosticators,
stand up and save thee from these things
that shall come upon thee."
These events and catastrophes will occur in conjunction with each other. We tend to think they are one day events, we experience, we go on, nothing much really changes. These events are world changing.
AN ASTRONOMICAL CATASTROPHE happened in the days of Amos and of Isaiah, that altered history. The events of the last days will also alter history, and change the world for the next part of God’s plan.
Some talk of ‘climate change’. Yes, the climate will change and the world will soon alter from the norms of science.
Many centuries ago, Amos was given a prophecy of similar changes in his day. Of course, the end time events predicted for the last days, will greatly outdo the events prophesied through Amos.
"... in the days of Uzziah, king of Judah; and in the days of Jeroboam, the son of Joash, king of Israel; two years before the earthquake."
This was no ordinary earthquake, and in the last days, the earthquakes will be far greater. Yet, the earthquake of which Amos speaks was world changing then. It was predicted in detail by Amos, and later described in detail after its occurrence by Isaiah. Several hundred years later Zechariah referred to this horrible event.
"and ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains, for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah; and the Lord my God shall come, and all the saints with Thee."
This "ra-ash" (Hebrew, meaning "commotion," "shaking") caused the orbit of the earth to change from 360 days (as it had been since the flood of Noah) to 365 1/4 days (as it has been since this "ra-ash", and will be until the beginning of the tribulation).
In the last days, there will be a similar astronomical event. The year will be 360 days. The two halves of the tribulation equal 2520 days (two times 1260). This is to be seven years, and 2520 divided by 7 equals 360 days. Some catastrophic event will occur at the beginning of the tribulation that will change the orbit of the earth.
This kind of earthquake will result in a great noise. The last day great earthquakes will cause even greater noise in the world. The sound will be like a roar from the voice of God. God will speak through the sound and voice of the earthquake, similarly as He has spoken through the voice of His prophets.
"The Lord will roar from Zion, and utter His voice from Jerusalem: and the habitations of the shepherds shall mourn, and the top of Mt Carmel shall wither."
In the description of the last day earthquake, Jeremiah says it occurs at the same time that "Babylon" at the beginning of the tribulation is destroyed.
"At the noise of the taking of Babylon, the earth is moved."
The change of the orbit of the earth, accompanied by earthquakes, shaking and even the leveling of mountains, the roar will be like the voice of God announcing the changes coming on the earth.
The earthquakes, the astronomical changes, the changes that accompany all of this WILL CAUSE GREAT FIRE, as it did in the days of Amos.
"But I will send fire."
This fire, in the fulfillment of the prophecy of Amos, devoured much of Damascus (palaces of Benhadad, 1:4), Gaza (1:7), Tyre (1:10), Edom (Bozrah [Petra] 1:12) Ammon (Rabbah 1:14), and much of Jerusalem. This was not a little isolated fire. It was one that covered much of the known area.
"behold, the Lord God called to contend by fire, and it devoured the great deep, and did eat up a part."
This fire was so devastating and huge, that a part of the "great deep" was also consumed by it.
In the last days, the earthquakes, the change of the earth’s orbit, will also see fire greatly devour on this world. Just as Sodom was destroyed by fire and brimstone raining down upon it, the last day signs of earthquakes, astronomical signs, etc will bring rains of fire upon the earth.
"As God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah."
"As it was in the days of Lot."
"...will make thee a burnt mountain."
These events will cause GREAT WHIRLWINDs. TORNADOES, HURRICANES.
The world is changing its orbit, climate change will not be a slow two thousand year event, but a short period of horrendous judgments, seen in earthquakes, astronomical changes including orbit change. It will be sudden change. The earth will experience judgment from God in devastating changes. The end result will bring the earth to a climate as the Bible describes for the millennial time of Jesus rule on this earth. The changes will be devastating, but the end result after they are over will allow for us to return with Jesus and rebuild this ‘to be blessed, world’.
As a carpet sweeper, cleans the house, God will send heavenly sweepers to transform a sinful and evil world, cleaning up the evidence of its filthy living.
God has much greater than a Hoover sweeper to cleanse this world of the evidences of sin.
"with a tempest in the day of the whirlwind."
"Behold I will raise up against Babylon... a destroying wind."
The greatness of the fire will cause a great whirlwind which of itself will cause much destruction. What is not swept away by the tornadoes and hurricanes, will be burnt up by the fires.
"the houses of ivory shall perish, and the great houses shall have an end..."
"they have burned her dwelling places."
"her cities are a desolation."
"He will smite the great house with breaches, and the little house with clefts."
Unnatural darkness and fleeting times of strange lights, will come upon the earth soon. The astronomical changes, the weather disruptions, the earthquake destructions, the volcanoes bring ash and darkness, will make this a strange world, and the time is soon. Amos predicted a fore-shadow time, where the orbit changed then, and it was only a small type of the real soon to occur here in this last day time.
"turneth the shadow of death into the morning... maketh the day dark with night."
Unnatural darkness will accompany this devastating astronomical event. The sun will go down at noon someday soon. This would be caused if the earth turned on its axis in an unnatural way. It happened just before the flood, it occurred in Isaiah's day, and historical records tell of several other times this has occurred. People of our day have not seen it occur personally, and the last time it occurred was so long ago, that many will not believe this is possible. Yet, it has happened, and will happen again.
"AND WHEN THESE THINGS BEGIN TO COME TO PASS, THEN LOOK UP, AND LIFT UP YOUR HEADS; FOR YOUR REDEMPTION DRAWETH NIGH."
We are beginning to see greater fulfillment of those predictions, than has ever been seen before. The world is in turmoil, and it will be getting worse and worse. Sin has had effect in society, and upon even the physical world. Some try to ‘save the whales’, but it is sin that is devastating our world, not fisherman. It is the world’s rejection of Jesus, and rejection of His Written Directions in the Bible, that is bringing devastation to this world.
More to come, stay tuned.
