THE PURPOSE MISSION,
and LAST DAY PLOT
OF THESE BEINGS
"BE WATCHFUL, AND STRENGTHEN THE THINGS WHICH REMAIN... IF THEREFORE THOU SHALT NOT WATCH, I WILL COME ON THEE AS A THIEF, AND THOU SHALT NOT KNOW WHAT HOUR I WILL COME UPON THEE."
The Lord does not want to come to us, "as a thief." There is the "IF" in that verse that most ignore. We are not supposed to be surprised by His coming, "if" we are aware and awake. Some things are revealed to us, and we are to know them.
"THE SECRET THINGS BELONG UNTO THE LORD OUR GOD: BUT THOSE THINGS WHICH ARE REVEALED BELONG UNTO US AND TO OUR CHILDREN FOREVER, THAT WE MAY DO ALL THE WORKS OF THIS LAW."
It is the children "of the night", or "of darkness", that are to be taken by surprise by the "day of the Lord." It shall come as a "thief" to them.
I Thessalonians 5:1-11
"BUT OF THE TIMES AND THE SEASONS, BRETHREN, YE HAVE NO NEED THAT I WRITE UNTO YOU. FOR YOURSELVES KNOW PERFECTLY THAT THE DAY OF THE LORD COMETH AS A THIEF IN THE NIGHT. FOR WHEN THEY SHALL SAY, 'PEACE AND SAFETY;' THEN COMETH SUDDEN DESTRUCTION UPON THEM, AS TRAVAIL UPON A WOMAN WITH CHILD, AND THEY SHALL NOT ESCAPE. BUT YE, BRETHREN, ARE NOT IN DARKNESS, THAT THAT DAY SHOULD OVERTAKE YOU AS A THIEF. YE ARE ALL THE CHILDREN OF THE LIGHT, AND THE CHILDREN OF THE DAY; WE ARE NOT OF THE NIGHT, NOR OF DARKNESS. THEREFORE LET US NOT SLEEP, AS DO OTHERS; BUT LET US WATCH... COMFORT YOURSELVES TOGETHER, AND EDIFY ONE ANOTHER, EVEN AS ALSO YE DO."
We, as Christians, are to be different that the world. We are "not to be in darkness" and surprised by the Lord's coming.
"BEHOLD, I WILL MAKE THEE KNOW WHAT SHALL BE IN THE LAST END OF THE INDIGNATION (the great tribulation), FOR AT THE APPOINTED TIME, THE END SHALL BE."
Long ago, God appointed a time for the second coming and all the events prophesied. These dates are set and will not be changed. the very idea that God did not know what would happen, and would have to change His planned times because of events that He did not foresee -- is foolish. He warns in Revelation against the very idea that we can add to, or take away from the events just as He outlined them. (Revelation 22:18-20)
Are we not to be concerned by the "when" of these events??? Surely, we are. But there is a passage that many try to appeal to, in order that they might justify "unconcern" toward the times.
"BUT OF THAT DAY AND THAT HOUR KNOWETH NO MAN, NO, NOT THE ANGELS WHICH ARE IN HEAVEN, NEITHER THE SON, BUT THE FATHER."
Jesus, at that time, did not know the time of the rapture and second coming. He had emptied Himself of His omniscience until He was glorified again after the resurrection. Yet, in that same passage we are told to:
"TAKE HEED, WATCH, AND PRAY... COMMANDED HIS PORTER TO WATCH... WATCH YE THEREFORE... AND WHAT I SAY UNTO YOU, I SAY UNTO ALL, WATCH."
We may not know the "day or the hour", but we are not to have a lack of interest in the times. Most who quote from Mark 13:32-37, disobey the whole truth Jesus was trying to tell us there. We are being instructed to "watch" and be alert to the signals of His coming.
II Peter 3:9-10
"THE LORD IS NOT SLACK CONCERNING HIS PROMISE, AS SOME MEN COUNT SLACKNESS; BUT IS LONGSUFFERING TOWARD US, NOT WILLING THAT ANY SHOULD PERISH BUT THAT ALL SHOULD COME TO REPENTANCE."
Because it seems as though it has been so long, since the promise of His return, and the event itself, some think God has forgotten, or that maybe we are expecting something that will never occur. But God has already appointed a time, and He is not slack, He is just awaiting the salvation of all He can. When His appointed time arrives, He shall come.
We are in the generation.
"THIS GENERATION SHALL NOT PASS AWAY, TILL ALL BE FULFILLED."
Two things pin down the "generation." It will be the generation during which Israel becomes a nation again. this occurred in 1948. It will also be during the generation when Jerusalem will not be controlled by the Gentiles any longer. Since 1967, all of Jerusalem has been under control of the Jews. This is our generation.
Why can't we know the "day" or the "hour?" The word "day" is from the Greek word "hemera". It is the time space between dawn and dark, or the whole 24 hour day. The word "hour" is from the Greek word "hora", meaning a short time, a short season. It is a part of a day. What we are not to know is the exact day, and the exact hour of His coming. Can we come within a year? Or can we come within a month, or a week??? And if we thought we knew the "day", say a Monday...it is already Tuesday somewhere on the earth, since it is round. And if we thought we knew the "hour", say midnight...it is already 1 A.M. somewhere, since the earth is round. Knowing this, God told us that we cannot know the "day" or "hour."
The "times" and the "seasons" are supposed to be discerned by the saints. The word "seasons" is from the word "kairos" means "clock time." This means we are to be aware of how much clock time is left. Just as someone who watches the clock at work, if quitting time is 4:00 and it is 3:30, they are well aware that they are in the last half hour. In the schools, one can tell it is one minute till the bell, by the kids on the edge of their seats, books in their arms, and one foot in
the aisle ready to jump from their seats. In the same way, we are to know the clock time left, so we may be anxiously waiting when the Lord returns.
The word "chronos" is the word for "times" in the Bible. It refers to a fixed or special period of time. We are to be aware of when we are in that special period of time just before the coming of Jesus. God has indicated events we are to see within that last time period, and we are to be well aware that we are in that period. In the work place, those who work Monday through Friday, and have the weekend off, are well aware that on Friday - the weekend is soon to arrive. They know in which time period they are. We too should know we are in the final time period before the coming of Jesus.
Baruch CHAPTER 27.
1. And He answered: Into twelve parts is that time divided, and each part is for those appointed to it.1.
2. In the first part, there will be the beginning of commotions.
3. In the second part, the slaying of great ones will come.
4. In the third part, many will die.
5. In the fourth part, desolation will be sent.
6. In the fifth part, famine and drought will come.
7. In the sixth part, earthquakes and terror will come.
8. In the seventh part, (this part is missing text).......
9. In the eighth part, may portents and the attack of Shedim.
10. And in ninth part, fire will fall.
11. In the tenth part, rapine and oppression will come.
12. In the eleventh part, wickedness and impurity will be abundant.
13. In the twelfth part, confusion caused by the other eleven parts will grip many.
14. For these parts will be kept till that time, and then will mingle together to increase confusion.
15. Each part will add to the terror of the other parts, and together will the twelve parts make people forget the sorrow of others in those last days.
To Baruch, God does not tell of the seven years, nor of the number of days and months, but rather He tells of the twelve signs of the last 100 years before the tribulation period.
First part--"beginnings of commotions." This refers to the first world war, greater persecution of the Jews, and the devil's last attempt to wipe out the people of God before the Lord's return.
GREAT DESTRUCTIONS OF PAST WARS
Note the WAR, its DATE, and the number KILLED
Russo-Japanese War 1904-05 130,000

COUNTERFEIT ARMAGEDDON will kill over a BILLION PEOPLE
Second part-- There has been more deaths of saints, and of the nation of Israel in this last century than in any period of history.
Third part-- Not only the people of God have died, but WWI, WWII, Korean war, Vietnam, etc. all have brought more deaths than any other century.
Fourth part-- Plagues, earthquakes, volcanoes, etc. have increased many fold in this last 100 years.
Fifth part-- Many go to be hungry in our world, starvation and drought have become deadly killers in our century...Much FAMINE has come to this world, and as these predicted catastrophes do occur as the Bible has told us, we will see the great famines that the Bible has predicted. For the Bible has PREDICTED major famines to come.
Lk. 21:11 "And great earthquakes shall be in divers' places, famines, and pestilences."
Rev. 6:5-8 "...A measure of wheat for a penny."
Mt. 24:7-8 "...famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in
Mk. 13:8 "And there shall be famines and troubles, these
are the beginnings of sorrows."
Sixth part-- Earthquakes and volcanoes have greatly increased... The increase in the number of major earthquakes has violently increased in number and intensity in the last number of centuries.
CENTURY MAJOR EARTHQUAKES
20th over 3000
Seventh part-- We do not know what this sign is, it is missing from the text.
Look again at the eighth part- Portents are foretokens, or omens, that foreshadow ominous events. There have been many signs of things to come, possible disasters, that have caused many to fear. The event called the attack of the "Shedim", needs explanation. Recalling from the notes on Baruch 10:8, the Shedim were the satyrs (genetically engineered part goat, part fallen angel beings of ancient past, the Italians knew them both by the name of "Fauns") Their spirits are now fallen demonic powers, and they have motivated witchcraft down through the ages. Actually, the "shedim" includes not only the satyrs, but also the sileni (part horse, part fallen angel), and their spirits are to make an all out attack on God's people in the final century before the end tribulation. Witchcraft is being taught by children's cartoons, animated computer games, and board games (dungeons and dragons, etc). The demons inspiring such get into the minds of their converts, and encourage the mass killings at schools and churches that we have recently seen. They are attacking mainly Christians, if you notice, and the world is at a loss to explain what (or who) motivated the culprits to do such acts. Baruch is told the instigators are the "shedim".
The events of the ninth part says “The fire that will fall.” Descendants of half human and half fallen angel beings still exist in sheol, and under the oceans. These are responsible for many of the UFO sightings. In the last days, knowing their time is short, they have in this last century done many abductions (continuing on with their genetic experiments), and have taunted, and harassed many with their sightings. Some of these craft have burned and fallen to the ground, and the incidences of such will increase now. God will cause these UFO craft to burn, for their will attempt, as never before, to do harm to Christians. The judgment of God on them will bring many to a fiery end.
Along with this, fallen angels, who have so far stayed hidden to avoid the abyss wherein many of their comrades have been imprisoned will (knowing the end is near) begin to try to do their long-awaited murderous acts. As fire, which angels can appear as, they will also fall.
In the tenth part, we see ‘rapine’ which is the act of plundering, seizing, and carrying away by force. This is common to our world as war, rioting, looting, etc. have occurred uncountable times.
The eleventh part, i.e. the wickedness and impurity, homosexual revolution, satanic and witchcraft on the rise, fornication and sexual uprising, drug abuse, etc. are all too common. The sinfulness and perversions of our age need little description, for we are all well aware of its immenseness.
The twelfth part, i.e. the confusion and terror from such events of the last century have certainly come to our world. We are not to allow fear to come due to these things. We have an Almighty God Who is in control. We need to be ready for such events, and some will likely precede the tribulation . For we are told that when these things "begin to come to pass." we are to "look up." Too many look to the horrible event, and fear! Fear is an all-consuming thought pattern. It is the natural consequence of these mind-boggling events that transpire. But it is demonically inspired.
"Men's hearts (minds) failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth, for the powers of heaven will be shaken."
God is to be feared, but not by we, the Christians. We are to "look up" for our "redemption draweth nigh" when these things are "beginning to come to pass."
II Timothy 1:7
"GOD HATH NOT GIVEN US A SPIRIT OF FEAR, BUT OF POWER, AND OF LOVE, AND OF A SOUND MIND."
I JOHN 4:17
"HAVE BOLDNESS IN THE DAY OF JUDGMENT."
The ‘aliens’ are beings that were born to evil ancestors, on the side of the devil in the ages long battle against our God and His redeemed ones. Beings do exist, their motives are evil, their leader is the devil. They have odd looks, and work strange ways. We need to draw near to our Lord, live as the Bible directs, and look up for our redemption.
The prophet Baruch gives instructions for this last times. Consider how Baruch, in chapter 70 of his prophecy, explains this time and its events:
1. Listen to the interpretation of the last black waters to come:
2. Behold! the time will come when that age has ripened the good seed and the bad seed. Then shall the Mighty One bring upon the earth's wicked agitation of their spirits, and numbness of their minds.
3. They will hate each other, provoke each other, and the cruel ones will rule over the decent ones. Those who are of evil nature will be preferred to those with moral and ethical standards.
4. The majority will be dominated by the minority, and those who are void of goodness will rule the morally strong. The slothful will share the abundance of those who worked hard to earn their wealth. Those who are insulting of the Mighty One will exalt themselves above the champions of the Mighty One.
5. The wise will be silent, and the foolish will utter things which have no verification. The mighty of the earth will give counsel that proves to be worthless, and the hope of the sinners will never prove genuine.
6. When those things which were predicted come to pass, confusion will come upon mankind, some will die in warfare, some will die in their fears, some will commit suicide.
7. Then the Most High will reveal peoples prepared earlier to war on the evil leaders still surviving.
8. Whoever survives the war will die in the earthquake, those who survive the earthquake will die in the fire, and those who survive the fire, will die in the famine.
9. Those who survive all of those will be delivered to the hands of My Servant, the Messiah.
10. For the earth will consume its occupants.
(Notes about the writings of Baruch:
This prophetic book is unknown by most Christians of our day. And yet, it has a message for our day, and like all of Scripture, it gives another piece of the puzzle of God, helping to further understand His revelations.
Irenaeus (V 33) quotes a saying that is attributed to Jesus on the authority of Papias, and this saying of Jesus is a quote from the Apocalypse of Baruch. Thus we know that Jesus was familiar with this Apocalypse of Baruch. Therefore, when Jesus showed the apostles the things in "all the prophets concerning Himself.", He had to have shared with the disciples the prophecies within this book.
This book, though not included in the canon founded by Jerome and Augustine, is found in the canon of the Ethiopian church (a body of believers unhindered by the apostasy of the dark ages of the church). The whole (almost complete) text was found in the 1800's after having been hidden by the Catholic church within its sealed libraries) in the Ambrosian library in Milan... by Ceriani. This Syriac version shows internal evidence of having been translated into the Syrian language from Greek, and the Greek having been translated from the original Hebrew.
The text shows that Baruch and Jeremiah were commanded to leave Jerusalem by God, for He was about to judge the city and nation for its sins. Baruch entreats God for the city, and God shows him that the judgment is only temporary.
When the Babylonians come to judge the city, Baruch sees angels come to save some of the sacred vessels of the Temple, and hide them in the earth. The angels then help the Babylonians overthrow the walls of Jerusalem.
Jeremiah goes to Babylon to comfort the captives, and Baruch mourns over Jerusalem, denouncing the Babylonian captivity. He talks with God about God's method of healing the nation, and a revelation is promised to him.
God skips ahead to the final judgment of the nation (the tribulation period) showing Baruch that there will be two jubilee periods in which signs will occur announcing that final judgment period.
The glories of the Messianic kingdom (the Millennium) are unfolded to Baruch. Within such glories, Baruch sees a vision of a wooded hill with a vine growing at the foot of it. A spring by such vine grows larger until it washes away all the trees but one cedar, which also later falls..
Then, Baruch is shown the punishment of the wicked and the final rewards of the righteous. He is shown 12 showers of rain, some bright and some dark, and a final shower darker than any before... closely followed by a bright light. The prophecy ends with a letter of instruction to God's people.
The Apocalypse of Baruch shows that Baruch was familiar with Jeremiah's book, the Psalms, and the Book of Enoch. There are frequent echoes of them within this prophetic book. Ezra shows in the Prophecy of Ezra (II Esdras) that he was very familiar with the Apocalypse of Baruch.
The name "Baruch" means "blessed". He was the son of Neriah, the brother of Seraiah. He was King Zedekiah's chamberlain (Jeremiah 51:59). He was a friend of Jeremiah (Jeremiah 32:12), and an attendant to Jeremiah (Jeremiah 36:10). Baruch was from a noble family (Jeremiah 51:59, Baruch 1:1).
Baruch was accused of having influenced Jeremiah to have the people stay in Jerusalem (Jeremiah 43:3); was taken with Jeremiah to Egypt (Jeremiah 43:6, Antiq. X ix 6), where Jerome says he died shortly after his arrival there.)
